Wellness on the other hand is an expanded idea of health.It is simply define as optimal health and well-being.Wellness is the ability to live life fully with vitality and meaning.Wellness is composed of six interrelated dimensions ,all of which must be developed in order to achieve overall wellness.These are physical wellness, emotional wellness , intellectual wellness and interpersonal and social wellness.The rest are spiritual wellness and environmental or planetary wellness.
Meaning of physical fitness
Physical fitness is the ability of an individual to perform his/her daily activities with vigour and alertness without undue stress and with enough energy to enjoy his/her leisure time pursuits and to meet unforseen emergencies.Fitness should not be confused with health, although the two are commonly interchanged.To be healthy means to be in a state of well being and free from ailments that is to you are physically, mentally and emotionally ln good state.Maintaining a high level of fitness is a life long challenge.
